How do I send a piece back in?

If you are mailing your piece in to be repaired or reworked, please mail your piece to:

1. Mail your piece in a small bag or box in a padded mailer.
2. Include a note in the package that lists:

• Your order number
• Your contact information (name, email, shipping address).
• Your entire piece (including the bars or discs you'd like assembled to the chain).

Lastly please be sure to keep the tracking number that the post office gives you.
